Gelato Free California Love from Funky Fluid is a dry, hop-forward alcohol-free IPA that leans into classic West Coast character while keeping a modern, fruit-forward edge.
It’s built on a bold US hop combination of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Columbus, delivering layers of grapefruit, citrus peel, pine resin, and subtle tropical fruit.
There’s a noticeable bitterness and dryness, but it’s balanced with a softer, contemporary hop expression, making it punchy without being harsh.
