Jump Ship: Uncharted Rasberry & Vanilla Sour

This is the perfect sour to transport you away from the cold and damp this winter. Brewed in collaboration with the incredible Pilot Beer in Leith, Uncharted is a traditional sour take on a classic flavour combination. But this isn't your typical sweet-shop sour.

Jump Ship have used a combination of wild yeasts and bacteria to bring you traditional sour funkiness layered with raspberry and a hint of vanilla sweetness. By introducing wild yeasts and bacteria, Uncharted also has notes of fresh hay, ripe fruit and a dry finish. By avoiding fruit concentrates, extracts and flavourings we've kept the sugars low and the flavours natural.

What can you expect? Pouring an inviting pale pink, unsurprising given the volume of raspberries we've added!
