Bursting with bright, citrus notes and juicy berry character, WCBF have conditioned a mixed fermentation sour base beer on lemon juice, zest, and 400 kilos of Scottish raspberries.

A generous dry hop of Krush Cryo and New Zealand Nectaron brings juicy layers of tropical and stone fruit, perfectly balancing the tartness with a bold, fruit-forward finish.
